PSC’s African American Male Initiative is a two-fold program that fosters the enrollment and retention of African American men in higher education. Through the Pipeline to College program, we are partnering with Rich High School District 227 to provide students with the guidance and tools they need to apply to college. The Protégé program is aimed at supporting the success of our African American male students. Program participants are provided one-on-one advising and a vast array of resources to help them be successful in the classroom and achieve their educational goals.
