Life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebrated on PSC Stage [2/10/14]

Prairie State College (PSC) is hosting, “I Have a Dream: A King’s Journey,” featuring Marcus Gentry, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 24, in the Conference Center Auditorium, on the PSC Main Campus at 202 S. Halsted St. in Chicago Heights.          

Gentry will present, through dramatization, the story of the people and events that surrounded the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Gentry is the founder and president of Marcus Gentry & Associates. He is the writer, director, and producer of several theatrical productions that are educational in focus and historical in content. He also is a member of the PSC Professional Speakers Bureau.

“Marcus Gentry's talent is superlative,” said event coordinator William Berkley. “You actually believe Dr. King is speaking.”
