PSC Educational and Networking Event Encourages Women to ‘Get EMPOWERed’ [8/13/2015]

Prairie State College (PSC) recently hosted a women's focused educational event and networking opportunity, “Get EMPOWERed,” offered in partnership with the Professional Women’s Network (PWN).

Prairie State College (PSC) recently hosted a women's focused educational event and networking opportunity, “Get EMPOWERed,” offered in partnership with the Professional Women’s Network (PWN). Welcoming speakers and guests to the college were Kelly Lapetino (far left), dean, corporate and continuing education; PSC President Dr. Terri L. Winfree (right), and Susan Sebastian (second from right), manager, business solutions at PSC. Speakers included keynote speaker Lee Ann Piano of Fine Tuning for Success (fifth from left), a leadership development expert, executive coach and wellness advocate, and breakout session leaders (from second from left) Lori Klinka, speaker, trainer, speaking coach, and faculty member at Columbia College; Dr. Kate Webster, a speaker, trainer and coach with Breaking Thru Barriers; Felicia Houston, a licensed clinical professional counselor with Ingalls Behavioral Health; Kat Van Dusen, senior sales director for global leadership development with Mary Kay; Dr. Karen O’Donnell of Homewood Stories; and Kim Olver, a life, relationship and executive coach, author, and speaker and President of Coaching for Excellence and executive director of William Glasser International.
