Financial Aid Check List

  • PSC Financial Aid Application
    • Obtained in the Financial Aid Office

  • PSC Verification Worksheet
    • Obtained in the Financial Aid Office

  • Student high school Transcript or Diploma
    • Student must have official transcript in the Enrollment Services Office.

  • Parents Financial Documentation (Spouse information is needed if the parent is married)
    • 2010 Federal 1040s Entire Tax Return (All attachments, schedules, and W-2s).
    • Records of untaxed income such as Social Security Benefits, TANF, Veteran Benefits, savings, investments, business and farm assets for all household members.
    • Alimony and Child Support Received or Paid during year of 2010.
    • Any documentation that adds or removes funds from your household.
  • Students Financial Documentation
    • 2010 Federal 1040s Entire Tax Return (All attachments, schedules, and W-2s).
    • Any documentation that adds or removes funds from your household.

Please note: it is important to bring all requested documents by deadline date. The above are commonly requested documents typically required by each student.  However, we review each student on an individual basis and additional documents may be requested to complete the financial aid process.
