PSC offers a variety of courses for students. Whether you need to take Spanish as a general education requirement or would just like to learn the language, our program has something for everyone. For those who would like to experience the Spanish culture, the college offers study abroad opportunities.
Nearly 500 million people worldwide speak the Spanish language. It is the world's third most spoken language, after Mandarin Chinese and English, and ranks second in terms of native speakers. Approximately 29 million US residents above the age of 5 speak Spanish at home-- that's approximately 1 of every 10 US residents.
