Eligibility Requirements
Students enrolling for the first time for program services must present the following information before they receive program services:
Provide proof of resident status
- U.S. Citizen
- Social Security Card
- Driver’s License
Permanent Resident
- Resident Alien Card
- Social Security Card
Verification of income
- U.S. Citizen
- Social Security Card
- Driver’s License
- Copy of U.S. 1040 Income Tax Return and W-2(s) for previous year
Permanent Resident

First-Generation Status
- A statement regarding each student’s parents’ educational background to determine first-generation status.
