Spring '25 Open House Set for March 1

Chicago Heights, IL – Prairie State College (PSC) invites the community to its upcoming Open House on Saturday, March 1, from 10 a.m. to noon on the main campus, located at 202 South Halsted Street. This free event is an opportunity for prospective students and their families to explore the campus, meet faculty and staff, and discover all the college has to offer.

Enjoy giveaways, light refreshments, PSC swag, and a special appearance by Lady Red from Soul 106.3 radio while exploring a variety of programs, including music production, early childhood education, dental assisting, physical therapist assisting, surgical technology, various transfer programs, and nursing - including information about the evening nursing program beginning fall 2025. 

PSC certificates can be earned in as little as six months, and associate degrees can be completed in under two years. Learn about financial aid, scholarship opportunities, and admission requirements. Information about student services and resources, including counseling, tutoring, and career advising, will be available.
