What Can You Do with a Degree in Management?

With this degree, you can pursue entry-level management roles in various industries or transfer to a four-year college to continue your education in business or management. The program provides the skills needed for supervisory positions, team leadership, and organizational problem-solving, helping you build a foundation for a successful management career.
Graduates with an Associate in Applied Science in Management are prepared to enter the workforce in entry-level management positions across diverse industries, including retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and services. Career opportunities include management trainee, supervisor, operations coordinator, and administrative manager. The demand for skilled managers continues to grow as organizations seek professionals who can lead teams and improve business efficiency.

Suggested Curriculum

This program is designed for working adults who wish to develop or enhance skills for positions of greater responsibility. The program draws from business, finance, and economics to give prospective supervisors and managers guidelines for directing the work of others in a business environment and institutional organizations.
