Auto - Automotive Services Technology, Certificate
The Automotive Services Technology Certificate offers hands-on training in the fundamentals of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics. This program prepares you to start a rewarding career as an automotive service technician, equipped with the skills needed to service a wide variety of vehicles.
Our Automotive Technology program is certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Education Foundation. Certification was awarded in automatic transmission and transaxles, brakes, electrical/electronic systems, engine performance, engine repair, heating and air conditioning, manual drivetrain and axles, and suspension.
What Can You Do with an Automotive Service Technology Certificate?
With this certificate, you can work as an entry-level automotive service technician
or mechanic, performing routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and repairing vehicles.
You will have the foundational skills to service brakes, engines, transmissions, and
electrical systems, making you a valuable asset in any automotive repair environment
and a stepping stone toward advanced specialization or further certification.
