Threat Assessment Report

The Threat Assessment Team reviews significant behavioral incidents and student misconduct that may violate PSC policies and the Code of Conduct. Reports are reviewed daily during normal college business hours. Anyone can submit a report, which can be accessed through the link below.

Title IX Report Form - Students

Prairie State College is dedicated to maintaining a harassment-free educational environment. Non-confidential employees are Campus Security Authorities (CSAs) mandated to report gender-based discrimination and harassment. Use this form to report incidents such as stalking, violence, assault, harassment, and discrimination. For accurate reporting, provide factual details rather than opinions.
