Chicago Heights, IL - Prairie State College (PSC) will host its highly anticipated annual Halloween Family Fun Fest on October 31, 2023, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the newly renovated atrium on the main campus, located at 202 South Halsted in Chicago Heights.
“We are excited to provide a safe environment for our youngest community members to celebrate and enjoy some Halloween fun,” said PSC President, Dr. Michael Anthony.
This event is FREE and open to the public. Children up to age 12 are invited to attend, accompanied by a guardian. Attendees can play games, win exciting prizes, listen to live music and enjoy plenty of treats. All are encouraged to show off their costumes on a Halloween runway and take pictures with Parker, the PSC mascot.
Candy and prize donations are welcome, including but not limited to sealed store-bought candy, snack-size chips, packaged taffy apples, fruit snacks, stickers, and glowsticks. Other child-friendly items are welcome. All donations must be safe for children aged 0-12. No homemade items will be accepted due to safety regulations.
