

The Office of Personal Counseling Services allows you to discuss your personal matters that will help you to gain a better understanding of your situation, establish goals and to work towards solutions.
Additional services include academic support for test anxiety, time management, study skills enhancement and referrals to community resources for essential needs (e.g. food, housing, childcare, legal services, etc.).
Sessions can take place either in person or remotely by video or phone.
