Below are transfer planning events designed to help you achieve your goals. Plan to attend as many events as possible as early in your education as you can.
Scholarships
March 28

Learn the systems that universities typically use to award scholarships, how to find their scholarships, resources for finding external scholarships to be used at any college you attend - including at PSC - and tips to be more competitive on your scholarship applications. We will also be covering early advising programs that lead to more scholarships, which you need to join at least a year before you graduate.
Admissions and Scholarship Essays
April 4
3 – 4 p.m.

Join us for a session dedicated to developing or strengthening your essays for your transfer admission and scholarship applications.
Special University Programs
April 18
3 – 4 p.m.
Attend in person or virtually
Room 3140
Learn about programs at Governors State University, National Louis University, Saint Xavier University and University of Illinois at Chicago with benefits including guaranteed admissions, early advising from the university, extra scholarships/reduced tuition cost, and more. Some programs have the option to compete for full tuition scholarships. Most programs require that you join them at least a year before you plan to transfer to them.

General transfer planning information session covering a wide range of free resources to help you plan your future transfer. Attending this session as early as your first semester is recommended.
