Key Performance Indicators
Institutional Effectiveness Measures
Institutional effectiveness is the ability of an institution to match its performance
to the purposes established in its mission, vision, and goal statements. Prairie State
College has identified an initial group of indicators of institutional effectiveness
that will be used to regularly measure the college’s performance in key areas related
to student success. These Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include the following
student success measures:
- Awards Conferred
- Enrollment
- Retention Rate
- Transfer-out Rate
- Graduation Rate
