Registration for the Summer 2021 Semester is Now Open at Prairie State College [03/12/2021]
Virtual learning continues at Prairie State College (PSC) this summer with five-and eight-week sessions available to new, current, and guest students. All classes are offered online, with the exception of labs and clinicals.
The first five-week session runs from May 24 to June 24. Eight-week courses are held June 7 to July 29, and the second five-week summer session runs from June 28 to July 29. Students who are currently enrolled can register for summer courses on WebAdvisor or complete the Online Registration Form. New and transfer students, visit prairiestate.edu/start.
High school seniors who plan to go away in the fall, and university students home for the summer, are encouraged to enroll at PSC. This gives students the opportunity to fulfill general education requirements at a fraction of the cost and transfer their credits to a four-year institution in the fall. Available courses include English, speech, biology, chemistry, history, math, and more. For steps on how to get started, visit prairiestate.edu/summeronly.
PSC also offers non-credit courses with start dates throughout the semester. Students can choose from adult education and personal enrichment courses, continuing education and work-related training, and short-term, career-focused programs through the PSC Corporate and Continuing Education (CED) department. For details about non-credit classes, workshops, and related programs, visit prairiestate.edu/ced.
Virtual Tours are available for prospective students to explore and learn more about what PSC has to offer.
