Financial aid funds do not post to your student account in real time. Changes such as adding/dropping classes, purchasing books, or paying fees will not immediately update your balance. The Business Office processes and transmits financial aid every two weeks.
Until funds are disbursed, your account and registration billing statement may temporarily show a balance due.
Step One:
Complete your financial aid early! Register for classes and secure your financial aid offer letter as soon as possible. To avoid delays, submit all required documents and promptly respond to any additional requests from the Financial Aid Office.
Step Two:
Set up your refund preference. Visit refundselection.com to choose how you want to receive your refund. This ensures the fastest delivery of your funds.
Note: If you already have an account, log in at refundselection.com to review and confirm your refund preference.

* PSC offers courses that begin at various times throughout the semester. If you are registered and awarded financial aid, your aid will be posted to your account no more than 10 days before your earliest class begins.
** Refunds: If your financial aid exceeds your institutional charges (tuition, fees, books, etc.), you will receive a refund. After refunds are issued, dropping classes, being reported as not attending, or officially/unofficially withdrawing may result in a balance owed to the College.
