Payment Plan

PSC uses the services of Nelnet for payment plans. The non-refundable charge for setting up the plan is $30, and it will be processed immediately. If a down payment is required, it also will be processed immediately. Failure to make the minimum down payment or to make payments by the deadlines will result in a late-payment fee. Payment is due even if you do not receive a bill.

To pay your balance, you may pay in full or set up a payment plan. When you elect to pay online, Nelnet will process your full payment or down payment immediately.  

Note: If you have a student loan applied for and in place, please do not continue with the Nelnet enrollment process. Contact the Business Office at (708) 709-3577 to confirm your pending loan.

To Enroll.

  1. Visit
  2. Log in to WebAdvisor using your PSC user name and password.
  3. Click on “Students.”
  4. Under the Financial Information area, select “Nelnet Payment Plan.”
  5. Select the correct term from the drop down box.

Note: Online help is available if additional assistance is needed. A confirmation email will be sent to verify your enrollment.

Should your first payment fail, Nelnet will notify you that your agreement has been terminated . You will be instructed to re-enroll through Nelnet or make payment arrangements directly with the college. See FAQ page.

Note: All down and full payments and enrollment fees are processed immediately!
